The 3M™ Secure Click™ HF-800SD Series Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator helps protect against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M™ Secure Click™ cartridges and filters. Available in three sizes with speaking diaphragm to help provide easier communication while you work.
Breathability: Greater breathability and comfort provided by the world’s first quad flow cartridge system. Two dual flow cartridges on each respirator combine to create four airflow paths for easier breathing.
Simplicity: We’ve replaced the round bayonet connector with the new 3M™ Secure Click™ connection, resulting in a quick, simple cartridge/filter connection. It works just like a seat belt. Simply align the connections and push until you hear a click and feel confident that filters and cartridges are installed properly. Quick, easy, one-touch user seal check helps provide improved confidence in respirator fit. Speaking diaphragm is designed to help provide easier communication while you work.

Silicone face seal with patented flex-joint nose bridge helps provide a softer feel for more comfort on the wearer’s face. Easy adjust head cradle buckles – pull straps to tighten, squeeze the buckles to loosen. Exhalation valve helps direct exhaled breath and moisture downward. This half facepiece respirator may be used with 3M™ Secure Click™ Cartridges D8000 Series and Filters D3000 Series and D7000 Series against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards according to EN approvals.

The 3M™ Rugged Comfort Quick Latch Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator. This facepiece combines comfort, durability, and stability. The proprietary quick latch design offers an easy, one-hand touch drop-down mechanism for putting the facepiece on and/off while moving in and out of contaminated areas.
The 3M™ Rugged Comfort Quick Latch Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6500 Series helps provide respiratory protection in harsh, dirty environments against airborne contaminants when used with approved 3M cartridges and filters. This facepiece combines comfort, durability, and stability with a firm, lightly textured silicone faceseal and strong body construction. The proprietary quick latch design offers an easy, one-hand touch drop-down mechanism for putting the facepiece on and taking it off while moving in and out of contaminated areas. The quick latch also eliminates the need to remove a hardhat or faceshield when lowering or raising the respirator. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M™ cartridges and filters, this respirator helps provide respiratory protection at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL). While being the lightest silicone 3M facepiece, it is still rugged enough to withstand long hours and extreme conditions. The resilient silicone faceseal offers an extended facepiece life, even keeping its shape in high-heat environments.
The facepiece offers numerous other comfort features. Two innovative design features have been built in: a special valve cover that helps to direct exhaled breath and moisture downward and 3M’s proprietary Cool Flow(TM) Valve that helps to make breathing easier by reducing heat and moisture. Made to fit securely and comfortably on the head, the facepiece comes with an adjustable head harness assembly featuring long-lasting polyester/spandex straps that stretch and conform to the individual who wears the respirator. This facepiece is compatible with all 3M™ bayonet-style filters and cartridges, including 6000 Series Cartridges and 3M™ 2000, 2200, 7000 or 5000 Series Filters, to help provide respiratory protection against a variety of gases, vapors, and particulate hazards according to NIOSH approvals. This filter compatibility helps to make the respirator highly versatile for many workplace environments and a variety of jobs where respiratory protection is required.
A durable, long-lasting respirator, the 6500 Series facepiece is rugged enough to help withstand extreme conditions and long hours, yet comfortable to wear. The proprietary quick latch design offers allows the wearer to easily put the facepiece on and off. 1716:2012 for use with:
• 6000 Series Gas and Vapour filters,
• 2000 and 5000 Series and 6035, 6038 Particulate filters
Applications
The FF-400 Series Respirators can be used with a variety of
different filter options:
Gas and Vapour Filters only: The filters generally protect
against either single or multiple contaminant type(s).
• The 3M™ Gas and Vapour Filters 6000 Series filters fit
directly onto the respirator.
Particulate filters only: These filters provide protection
against solid and non-volatile liquid particles.
• The 3M™ Particulate Disc Filters 2000 series fit directly
onto the respirator.
• The 6035 & 6038 are encapsulated P3 filters, which fit
directly onto the respirator.
Combination of Gas & Vapour and Particulate filters:
• The 3M™ Particle Filters 5000 Series can be used with
6000 Series Gas and Vapour filters using 501 retainers
excluding the 6035, 6038, 6096, 6098 and 6099.
• The 6096, 6098 and 6099 have Particulate filter media
integrated with the Gas and Vapour cartridge.
• The 6038 is an encapsulated particulate filter with a layer
of carbon for low capacity gas protection
