MULTIBLOX FST 200

STABILISING SYSTEM FOR
SECURING AND QUICK
LIFTING OF OBJECTS

The MULTIBLOX ST200 stabilising system’s versatile
application options set new standards. The
patented system always lifts the object parallel to
the base surface. This ensures that the object to
be secured is lifted using all of its surface.
Insertion of a wedge results in a translational
shifting of the plates. This will steplessly bolster
the vehicle und lift it out of its suspension. The
FST 200 design allows various options to assemble
the system, so the wedge can be inserted from
each side. The conical studs allow the system to
be tilted.
It withstands 400 kN without sinking. The wedges
can’t be displaced. Should a pressure plate or a
rescue ram or spreader supporting surface be
needed, you can use one half of the stabilising
system or the cover plate.

MULTIBLOX FSK 200

STEPPED WEDGE FOR SECURING
AGAINST ROLLING AWAY AND SLIDING
DOWN.

The FSK 200 stepped wedge is used to bolster
vehicles as well as secure objects against rolling
away. If it is installed on the FST 200 stabilising
system, the user can gain another height
compensation of 5 mm to 90 mm on top of the
52 mm of the FST 200. Plus, the design of the
FSK 200 stepped wedge allows the use of two
wedges for bolstering.
The ratchet strap opening on the back is constructed
to prevent the inadvertent opening of the
strap. Plus, the wedge can be used as support for
a rescue ram.

an extra height compensation of 4 cm. There

BIG AUXILIARY PLATE FOR

The big FAP 400 auxiliary plate offers a wide range
of supporting options. It can be used in conjunction
with a variety of rams, lifting bag systems
and turntable ladders. Even as spreader support.
At the same time, it’s very lightweight (just 2.2 kg)
and extremely easy to handle. The holes in the
profile can be used to secure the plate
against sliding away, e. g. using ground nails.
In combination with the FSK 200 stepped wedge,
the FAP 400 auxiliary plate is ideally
suited to side-support even heavy loads.

CONNECTING PLATE FOR
COMBINING NEGATIVE PROFILES.

The FCD 200 SB connecting plate is used always,
when two negative profiles abut. For example,
to connect the FST 200 stabilising system and
the FSK 200 stepped wedge. The MULTIBLOX set
comes with an anti-slip mat already installed on
the FCD 200 SB connecting plate.

Anti-slip action on slippery surfaces such as shop
floors. The object to be secured can virtually work
itself into the anti-slip mat. Afterwards, the material
